What is No Bull: Supply Chain Talk?
A video and audio podcast about supply chain, third-party logistics, warehousing, fulfillment and freight. Each episode is a thirty-minute conversation between the host, a supply chain operator, and a guest who has actually run the work.
Who hosts the podcast?
Mike Nooner, known as The 3PL Cowboy. He has spent seventeen-plus years running supply chains, launched more than sixty facilities and negotiates about $920 million a year in contracts. He advises brands and 3PL operators at 3plcowboy.com.
Who is it for?
Brand executives choosing or managing a 3PL, 3PL operators, and supply chain and logistics professionals who want answers from operators rather than vendor talking points.
How is each episode structured?
Every episode runs the same seven segments: Cold open, In the arena, By the horns, Bucked off, Calling bull, Bull rush and Final horn. Episodes run about thirty minutes.
Where can I watch or listen?
Full episodes are on YouTube. Short clips are posted daily on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X and Threads under @nobullsct.
How do I become a guest or a sponsor?
Use the guest form or the sponsor form on this site. Guests are operators with a real story; sponsors are limited to one partner per episode and are read by the host in his own words.
Got a war story? Pull up a chair.
The win that almost wasn't. The peak season that broke something. The call you'd make differently now. If you've actually run it, we want to hear it.
Mike Nooner.
The 3PL Cowboy.
Operator first. Host second. No bull, ever.
He's opened the buildings, negotiated the contracts and fixed the operations that broke, which is why nobody gets away with a polished answer on this show. Brands call him before they sign a 3PL. 3PLs call him when they want to grow. The full story, the advisory work and the war stories live at 3plcowboy.com.
